Implementation

Each employee is asked to answer a short questionnaire of about 40 questions. The employee is then evaluated using criteria that the employer has determined is of relevance. (This is important because the employer is given the opportunity to determine the values important in the job and not dependent upon a broad statistical survey of the general population!) Applicants for that job are then asked to answer the same set of questions as those taken by the employees.

Profiler© is then able to perform a task at which neither humans nor statistics are very good. It compares the responses of applicants to those of existing employees to determine the applicant's proximity to valued employees values, ethics, morality, etc.

While Profiler© is neutral as a hiring practice, it is not intended to replace the practice of interviews and traditional screening techniques. It is a tool that is valuable in quantifying, heretofore, immeasurable employee qualities.
