American Heuristics Corporation also provides life insurance coverage in an amount equal to the employee's annual salary. Employees may choose to participate in the 401K plan, deferring up to 12% of their annual earnings, with American Heuristics Corporation's matching contribution of up to 3% of the employees' annual earnings. Annually, employees are entitled to ten paid vacation days, ten paid sick and "mental health" days, and 10 paid holidays.
