After the first 60 days of employment have been completed AHC will pay 75% of employees health care coverage so employees can provide themselves and their families with comprehensive Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BC/BS) coverage. This is BC/BS's top of the line package. The plan provides freedom of choice of physicians and hospitals, dental coverage (including orthodontia), and vision coverage.

American Heuristics Corporation also provides life insurance coverage in an amount equal to the employee's annual salary.

Employees may choose to participate in the 401K plan, deferring up to 12% of their annual earnings, with American Heuristics Corporation's matching contribution of up to 3% of the employees' annual earnings.

Annually, employees are entitled to ten paid vacation days, ten paid sick and "mental health" days, and 10 paid holidays.

American Heuristics Corporation provides a book allowance, and, encourages and supports membership in career-related associations.
